PRODUCT OWNER The company is in progress with enhancing its digital capabilities; with specific focus on e-banking, e-signature, phone apps, and process digitalisation. In this context a resource is needed to support the Product Owner (PO) in delivering the digital roadmap. The team is working in an agile mode very closely related to the business functions to ensure that the solutions will serve the business needs in the best possible way. The role entails: Supporting the PO when prioritising requirements agile tool administration Project support analysing as-is business processes and defining new business processes updating operating procedures together with business, creating training material following up and tracking task status and other tasks needed to ensure successful and timely delivery.
